COMPLAINTS
PROCEDURE
At Coral Aesthetics, we value your feedback and are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. If you have any concerns or complaints about our services or your experience with us, we encourage you to bring them to our attention so that we can address them promptly.

To file a complaint, please follow the steps outlined below:
Step 1: Informal Resolution

If you have a complaint, please speak with the staff member involved or contact our clinic manager directly.

We will do our best to resolve the issue informally and in a timely manner.

Step 2: Formal Complaint

If your complaint cannot be resolved informally or you are not satisfied with the outcome, please submit a formal complaint in writing.

You can do this by emailing us at info@coralaesthetics.co.uk or sending a letter to: Coral Aesthetics, 20 Stansted Close RM12 5PT. Please include your name, contact information, and a detailed description of your complaint.

Step 3: Review and Response

Upon receipt of your formal complaint, we will conduct a thorough investigation into the matter.

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and provide you with an estimated timeframe for resolving the issue (we aim for 10-35 days depending on the issue).

If unresolved by Day 20, a progress update will be provided.

Step 4: Resolution

Once our investigation is complete, we will provide you with a written response outlining the outcome of our investigation and any actions taken.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to an independent external body, such as the Independent Healthcare Advisory Service (IHAS) or the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
