GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please note that all appointments booked at Coral Aesthetics are subject to the following terms and conditions:

​

  1. Appointment Confirmation: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable, redeemable booking fee of £40 is required. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment or selected product(s) upon completion of your appointment.

  2. Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice. This can be done via the reschedule button in your confirmation or reminder email, or by contacting our team at info@coralaesthetics.co.uk. Failure to provide the required notice may result in the forfeiture of your redeemable fee.

  3. Redeemable Services and Products: Your redeemable fee can be used towards any of our services or selected products. However, please note that certain brands, such as GetHarley are excluded from this offer. Services and products eligible for redemption include those from Obagi as well as our entire service menu.

  4. Non-Transferable: Your redeemable fee is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or used towards another individual's appointment.

  5. Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Any cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of your redeemable fee.

  6. Late Arrival: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause you to arrive late for your appointment. However, please note that arriving late may result in a shortened appointment time or the cancellation of your appointment, and your redeemable fee will be forfeited. We have a 10 minute grace period; if you are running late please message us on 07413932145.

  7. Timing of Treatments: It is recommended that you do not schedule any treatments within 2-4 weeks of important events such as a wedding or significant social event. This is due to the unpredictable nature of bruising and swelling. We may refuse to provide treatment in certain instances if we do not deem it to be appropriate in view of downtime/post-procedure commitments.

  8. Aftercare Advice: You agree to follow the aftercare advice provided by your Aesthetic Nurse Prescriber to the best of your ability. Following the aftercare advice will help to avoid complications and improve the overall outcome of your treatment.

  9. Age Verification: If you look under the age of 21, please bring ID with you. The nurse may refuse to provide the booked treatment if age verification is not provided. Additionally, if you are under the age of 18, you will not be able to receive any aesthetic treatments.

  10. Consultation: A full consultation will be carried out face-to-face with your Aesthetic Nurse Prescriber before any treatment is carried out. This consultation will help to determine the best treatment options for you.

  11. Suitability: We reserve the right to decline treatment if deemed unsuitable, unsafe, or for any other reason. In such instances, your booking fee will be refunded within 5 working days.

  12. Medication: If you are prescribed any medication by Coral Aesthetics to take prior to or after your treatment, you agree to complete the course as prescribed and discussed during the consultation.

  13. Medical History: It is your responsibility to provide a full medical history during the consultation and inform the nurse of anything that you believe may interfere with your treatment.

  14. Consent Forms: Consent forms and photographs will be completed on the day of your treatment.

  15. Payment: The outstanding amount due for your treatment is to be paid on the day of your appointment unless agreed otherwise. Accepted payment methods include debit/credit card, American Express, cash, bank transfer, and Paypal. Please note that other payment options, including Klarna and ClearPay, are not supported at present. We adhere to PCI compliance regulations and process all payments in accordance with these standards. Please note that on your bank statement, transactions will be displayed as "Coral Aesthetics Ltd."

  16. Our clinic offers courses for the following treatments: fat dissolving, microneedling, and chemical peels. These courses are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. However, all sessions must be pre-booked according to the recommended protocol. For chemical peel treatments, it is advised to schedule appointments 2-4 weeks apart. For microneedling treatments, appointments should be scheduled 4 weeks apart, and for fat dissolving treatments, 1-4 weeks apart. Any changes to these protocols can be discussed and agreed prior to purchasing the course and at the discretion of management.

  17. Gift Vouchers: Our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. The voucher can be redeemed against services and products provided by Coral Aesthetics (excluding third party services such as GetHarley), subject to availability and booking. The voucher cannot be used to purchase products or services that are not listed on our menu. Appointments must be made in advance, and the voucher code must be provided at the time of booking. We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments - failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the voucher of a booking fee of £40 being deducted from the voucher value. The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.

REFER A FRIEND SCHEME TERMS AND CONDITIONS

​

  1. The "Refer a Friend" scheme ("the Scheme") is valid for clients of Coral Aesthetics.

  2. By participating in the Scheme, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

  3. To qualify for the Scheme, the following conditions must be met:

    • The referred friend must be a new client to Coral Aesthetics.

    • The referred friend must mention the name of the existing client who referred them at the time of booking their first appointment, or present a Refer A Friend Card.

  4. Upon successful referral and completion of the referred friend's first treatment, both the referring client and the referred friend will receive a £20 discount off their next eligible treatment.

  5. The £20 discount is applicable only to services provided by Coral Aesthetics and excludes all product purchases.

  6. The £20 discount cannot be applied to individual Vitamin B12 injections. However, it can be applied to Vitamin B12 courses when paid upfront.

  7. A £40 booking fee is required to secure appointments. This deposit will be deducted from the total treatment cost on the day of the appointment. Separate terms and conditions for this are available on the booking page or listed above in General Terms & Conditions.

  8. The referred friend must have their treatment completed before the referring client can redeem their £20 discount.

  9. Referring clients can refer multiple friends and receive multiple £20 discounts. There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer.

  10. Referring clients are allowed to redeem multiple £20 discounts in one treatment session, provided the treatments are eligible for the discount.

  11. The Scheme is subject to change or termination without prior notice.

  12. Coral Aesthetics reserves the right to verify the eligibility of referring clients and referred friends.

  13. The Scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

  14. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

  15. The Scheme is not applicable to past referrals or treatments.

  16. Coral Aesthetics reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the Scheme at any time without prior notice.

  17. These terms and conditions are subject to change, and any changes will be posted on the Coral Aesthetics website.

  18. By participating in the Scheme, you consent to Coral Aesthetics using your details for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Scheme.

  19. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

BIRTHDAY VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

​Please find below the terms and conditions for our birthday voucher:

​

  1. £10 Off Services Only: The birthday voucher entitles you to £10 off services at Coral Aesthetics during the month of your birthday.

  2. Monthly Distribution: The vouchers are distributed via email on the 1st of each month. If your birthday falls within the month, you will receive the voucher in the corresponding month.

  3. GDPR Compliance: We comply with GDPR regulations, and you will only receive the birthday voucher if you have given us permission to send marketing communications to you. If you have not given us permission, you will not receive the voucher.

  4. Opt-Out Option: You have the option to opt-out of receiving marketing communications, including the birthday voucher, at any time. Please contact us at info@coralaesthetics.co.uk to amend your preferences.

  5. Booking: To redeem the voucher, please book your appointment in advance and mention the voucher code at the time of booking. The voucher code is valid for one use only.

  6. Exclusions: The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers. It is not applicable to products or other clinic services.

  7. Non-Transferable: The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be sold or transferred to another person.

  8. Expiration: The voucher is only valid for the month of your birthday and cannot be used beyond the expiry date.

  9. Non-Refundable: The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.

  10. Change: We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice.

  11. Redemption: The voucher can only be redeemed once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS


(Governing Law: England & Wales)

​

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Clinic Membership (“Membership”) operated by Coral Aesthetics (“the Clinic”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By enrolling in the Membership, you (“Member”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Membership enables Members to accumulate credit (“Membership Credit”) which may be redeemed against eligible treatments and products at the Clinic in accordance with these Terms.

2. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

​

3. Membership Eligibility

• Membership is available to individuals aged 18 or over.
• Membership is personal to the named Member and is non-transferable.

​

4. Payments & Accumulation of Credit

• Membership requires a recurring monthly payment of £50/100/200 (depending on the membership selected) via Direct Debit or other pre-approved payment method such as Stripe.
• Each monthly payment will be credited to the Member’s account as Membership Credit upon receipt of cleared funds.
• Membership Credit will accumulate monthly while payments are active and up to date.

5. Use of Membership Credit

• Membership Credit may be used to pay, in full or in part, for treatments and products listed as eligible by the Clinic.
• Membership Credit may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase third-party vouchers, prescription-only medication, or services provided by external parties unless otherwise stated.
• Membership Credit must be used by the Member only and cannot be assigned or transferred.
• Appointments and services are subject to availability and the Clinic’s booking policies.

6. Cancellation by Member

• Members may cancel their Membership at any time by providing 28 days’ written notice to the Clinic via email to info@coralaesthetics.co.uk or by completing the Clinic’s official cancellation form.
• Upon cancellation, any remaining Membership Credit will be available for redemption for a period of 6 months from the effective cancellation date. Thereafter, all unused Membership Credit will expire automatically without further notice or refund.
• Monthly payments already made are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Account Suspension & Pausing

• Members may request to pause their Membership in cases of serious illness, pregnancy, or other extenuating circumstances, subject to Clinic approval at its sole discretion.
• If payment is not received on the scheduled date, Membership Credit will be frozen until payments are resumed.
• If payments are not resumed within 60 days, the Membership will be deemed cancelled and Clause 6 shall apply.

8. Expiry of Credit

• Membership Credit will remain valid while the Membership is active.
• Upon cancellation, Members will have 6 months to use any outstanding Membership Credit, after which the credit will automatically expire with no compensation or refund payable.
• Expired credit cannot be reinstated.

9. Amendments to Membership Terms

• The Clinic reserves the right to amend Membership pricing, eligible services, benefits, or these Terms by providing Members with a minimum of 28 days’ written notice by email or via public posting on the Clinic’s website or social media platform.
• Continued use of the Membership following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination by the Clinic

• The Clinic reserves the right to terminate any Membership with immediate effect if the Member:
• breaches any provision of these Terms;
• engages in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour towards Clinic staff or other clients;
• misuses Membership privileges.
• In such cases, the Clinic will determine, at its sole discretion, whether any remaining Membership Credit may be used or forfeited.

11. Liability

• The Clinic shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, fire, war, terrorism, or interruption of supply or services.
• The total liability of the Clinic under or in connection with the Membership shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Member into the Membership at the relevant time.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Coral Aesthetics and the Member in relation to the Membership and supersede all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings between the parties.
